*** New online forms for recast regulations on Service of documents and Taking of evidence and for Brussels IIb Regulation are live
The e-Justice Portal now provides the possibility to complete online the forms provided for in three EU instruments, namely the recast regulations on Service of documents (
Regulation (EU) 2020/1784) and Taking of evidence (Regulation (EU) 2020/1783), as well as in the Brussels IIb Regulation (Council Regulation (EU) 2019/1111).
