The evaluation of the DG Justice’s funding programmes is open for your feedback
The evaluations of the justice, rights, equality, citizenship, and values programmes are in full swing!
The evaluation exercise is structured in two different parts aiming to provide an independent assessment of the performance of:
- The 2024-2020 and 2021-2027 justice programmes, on one side, and
- The 2014-2020 Rights, Equality and Citizenship (REC) programme, the 2014-2020 Europe for Citizens (EfC) programme, and the Citizenship, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) programme on the other side.
The results of the evaluations will help assessing the programmes and in drawing up recommendations for the current and future funding cycles.
To this purpose, the Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers of the European Commission (DG JUST) is currently carrying out several consultation activities to gather data and insights from a variety of sources.
This includes two online public consultations, which are open for feedback for 12 weeks and are available at the following links:
- Public consultation Justice programmes, open from 03 April until 26 June 2024.
- Public consultation CERV/REC/EfC programmes, open from 04 April until 27 June 2024.
The public consultations are designed to gather feedback and opinions from stakeholders on the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, coherence and EU added value of these programmes and are available in all official EU languages.
All responses are welcome (including from those who do not know these programmes well but are interested in the topics).
The Commission will publish all contributions to these public consultations and respondents may choose whether they prefer to have their details published or to remain anonymous when their contribution is published.
Your participation and feedback are very important for the future of our two funding programmes.
We count on you!
