Starting from May 28, registration applications will be electronically submitted instead of e-mails via a new land registry portal which in addition to the submission of applications will enable to view, change and also withdraw applications which are already being processed.
The advantage of the land registry portal in comparison with previous transmission of applications by e-mail is a fast and handy preparation of a registration application, including the registration of submitted applications in real time. Besides the above-mentioned, the land registry portal offers many various additional possibilities.
For example, the users can submit additional documents to a registration application which is already being processed, change and withdraw already submitted registration applications, as well as pay the state fee at once in the same environment. Thus, the web-based possibilities expand considerably.
It is also possible in the new portal to prepare and submit appeals against the rulings on entry, grant consents which are required for making an entry into the land register and issue authorization for the submission of registration application.
The land registry portal is meant for use for all those who have to submit a registration application to which a real right contract in a notarised form does not have to be appended. If a real right contract in a notarised form is the precondition for making an entry into the land register, a notary will prepare and forward the registration application.
Naturally, the possibility to submit registration applications through a notary will remain in all other cases as well.
