"Advice for training providers" now in languages of all EU countries

The "Advice for training providers" by the Directorate-General of Justice and Consumers (DG JUST) is now available in all EU languages (except Gaelic) in the training section of the e-justice portal by selecting the language of choice in the upper right corner of the webpage.

This advice collects good practices of the whole cycle of judicial training, from the assessment of the needs of judicial practitioners via participative and e-learning teaching methodology until an evaluation of the training results. The Advice is useful both for national and cross-border training activities to judges, prosecutors, lawyers, notaries, court staff and bailiffs. It includes a section on mastering the linguistic challenges of cross-border training activities as well as links to a wide variety of practical implementation examples, including contact details. The Advice builds upon work of  a group of training experts for DG JUST. Since it refers often to the Link opens in new windowtraining manual of the European Judicial Training Network (EJTN) for further information, this manual has also been translated in the different EU languages with support by DG JUST.
