New forms pertaining to European Account Preservation Order procedure
Commission Implementing 
Regulation (EU) 2016/1823 of 10 October 2016, establishing the forms referred to in Regulation (EU) No 655/2014 establishing a European Account Preservation Order procedure to facilitate cross-border debt recovery in civil and commercial matters, was adopted on 10 October 2016.
When the procedure comes into force the forms will be made available in the Dynamic forms section of the European e-Justice Portal.
