**NEW - ECLI search engine **Nouveau - Moteur de recherche ECLI **NEU – ECLI-Suchmaschine

As part of its continuous effort to facilitate access to justice, today the European Commission has launched a new major functionality of the European e-Justice Portal. The European Case Law Identifier (ECLI) Search Engine allows citizens, legal practitioners and academics alike to more easily find case law published by national and international courts and tribunals.

For the time being, the search engine provides access to close to 4 million case law decisions from the Court of Justice of the European Union, the European Patent Office, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Germany, the Czech Republic and Finland.

The ECLI Search Engine will gradually be improved in terms of coverage in parallel with the adoption of the ECLI standard throughout the EU.

Dans le cadre de son effort continu pour faciliter l'accès à la justice, la Commission Européenne a lancé une nouvelle fonctionnalité majeure sur le Portail Européen e-Justice. Le moteur de recherche Identifiant européen de la jurisprudence (ECLI) permet aux citoyens, aux juristes et aux académiciens de trouver plus facilement les jurisprudences publiées par les cours et les tribunaux nationaux et internationaux.

Actuellement, le moteur de recherche permet l'accès à près de 4 millions de jurisprudences rendues par la Cour de Justice l'Union Européenne, l'Office Européen des Brevets, la France, l' Espagne, les Pays-Bas, la Slovénie, l'Allemagne, la République tchèque et la Finlande.

Le moteur de recherche ECLI sera progressivement amélioré en termes de couverture de contenu disponible parallèlement à l'adoption des normes ECLI à travers l'Union Européenne.

Im Rahmen ihrer kontinuierlichen Bemühungen, den Zugang zur Justiz zu erleichtern, hat die Europäische Kommission heute eine neue wichtige Funktion des Europäischen Justizportals eingeführt. Die "European Case Law Identifier (ECLI)" Suchmaschine ermöglicht es den Bürgerinnen und Bürgern, Rechtspraktizierenden und Akademikern sowohl Rechtsprechung leichter finden, die von nationalen und internationalen Gerichten veröffentlicht werden.

Zurzeit ermöglicht die Suchmaschine einen Zugriff auf fast 4 Millionen Urteile des Europäischen Gerichtshofes, das Europäischen Patentamtes, Frankreich, Spanien, die Niederlande, Slowenien, Deutschland, die Tschechische Republik und Finnland.

Der ECLI-Suchmaschine wird schrittweise verbessert, parallel zur Einführung des ECLI Standards in der gesamten EU.
