The European Commission is pleased to inform users that the functionality allowing the addition of multiple parties within the online European Certificate of Succession (ECS) form has now been restored.
Users can once again add multiple applicants, heirs and repeated annexes directly within the online form.
Work is also ongoing to progressively restore this functionality for other online forms available on the European e-Justice Portal.
