The current and repealed EU directives in the area of consumer law. For each article of the Directive, the database contains the most relevant case law, legal literature and doctrine, and other materials such as administrative acts and decisions of other official authorities. Materials are categorised by country, making it possible to compare the different interpretations and applications.

Enforcement

The instruments to guarantee the correct application of the Directives, and thus the protection of consumers, by Member State. These instruments are grouped into administrative enforcement, enforcement through court action, sanctions, and other types. Among other questions, the following are resolved: which instruments are used, who is entitled to use them, what are their procedures and requirements, the difference between civil and criminal sanctions, or whether there is an out-of-court dispute settlement body.
