There is a statutory mediation procedure in Cyprus in family matters, provided for by the Law on Mediation in Family Disputes of 2019, Law 62(Ι)/2019, which entered into force on 25 April 2019. Special Regulations (RAA 507/2022) were issued on 30 December 2022 to facilitate the implementation of the Law.
