This article concerns questions regarding the scope of application of the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG). It elaborates the personal and practical scope of the Act, information duties of the entrepreneur with special regard to the consumers right of withdrawal, as well as aspects of the legal consequences of a withdrawal of contract from the consumer, especially when violating the information duty and premature contract cancellation.
