Applications must be made in Czech.

Application forms for compensation

Applications may be made using the form that can be found on the website of the Czech Ministry of Justice. However, use of the form is not compulsory and the application procedure can be started on the basis of any submission which clearly seeks the grant of monetary assistance for a victim of crime.
