Applications for legal aid should be made by post to the postal address of the Ministry of Justice, 13, rue Erasme, L-1468.

In order to expedite an application for legal aid in urgent cases, it may be sent by fax or email:

As soon as possible after transmission by fax or email, the original application for legal aid must be sent by post.
