On which website(s) are official announcements published?

  • Official announcements are published on the web pages of Uradni List Republike Slovenije (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia), the official web pages of the Slovenian courts and on the judicial auction portal.

Uradni List can be accessed at: https://www.uradni-list.si/.

Legislation and international treaties are published in electronic and printed form. Legislation and international treaties can be searched back to 25 June 1991. The electronic form has been official since 1 April 2010. Notices were published in printed form until 31 December 2006. Since then they have been available in electronic form only. The electronic form of notices has been official since 1 January 2006. Notices can be searched back to 2011.

Which types of announcements are published?

  • The following pieces of legislation are published in Uradni List: the Constitution, acts and other legislation passed by the National Assembly (Državni zbor); ratified international treaties and notices of the start and end of their validity; legislation passed by the National Council (Državni svet); legislation delivered by the President of the Republic; decisions and administrative decisions of the Constitutional Court; rules and other legislation adopted by the Government or ministers (where this is provided for by the law) and legislation adopted by heads of bodies attached to ministries; general legislative acts for the exercise of public powers; rules and other by-laws where the governing document of a local authority so requires; other legislation to be published in an official journal by law or under a specific piece of legislation.

Also published in Uradni List are public tenders, vacancies, public auctions, court administrative decisions, cancel orders and other publications that must be published there in accordance with the law or a specific regulation.

  • The following are published on the official web pages of the Slovenian courts and on the judicial auction portal:
    • lists (schedules) of main hearings at all Slovenian courts
    • registry of collective redress actions
    • substituted service
    • land registry notifications
    • succession proceedings
    • notifications on court noticeboards

From which organisation(s) are announcements published?

  • The following bodies publish in Uradni List: The National Assembly, the National Council, the President, the Government, the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court, the Bank of Slovenia, the Judicial Council, the State Election Commission, other State bodies and organisations, local authorities and courts.
  • The Slovenian courts publish their announcements on their official web pages and on the judicial auction portal.

Is publication of official announcements free of charge?

What types of searches can be made?

  • The Uradni List website can be searched by document title, number, category, word root and date or period of publication.
  • The websites sodisce.si and sodnedrazbe.si have two search options: simple and advanced. The latter enables the user to search according to different fields and use the operators ‘AND’, ‘OR’ and ‘NO’.

As of which date were the official announcements available in electronic format?

  • Uradni List – Legislation and International Treaties (Uredbeni del in mednarodne pogodbe) has been online since 25 June 1991. The notices search engine has been active since 2011.
  • Announcements have been published on sodisce.si (as described above) since 2010.

Can searches be saved and notifications sent when criteria are met?

  • The company Uradni List offers a service called UL Info Tok enabling users to receive new content alerts.
  • The websites sodisce.si and sodnedrazbe.si enable the monitoring of search parameters through RSS feeds providing notifications of new web content that matches pre-selected search criteria.

Are official announcements available free of charge, as open data? If so, where can the registry and/or technical information be found?

  • All content published in Uradni List is available free of charge in the website’s archive, which goes back to 1991.
  • No, the official announcements on sodisce.si and sodnedrazbe.si are not available as open data.
