1. Procedures for rectification and withdrawal (Art. 10(2))

Rectification and withdrawal of certificates under Article 10(2) of Regulation (EC) No 805/2004 are carried out by means of an express application to the registrar of the court of origin on the standard form in Annex VI to the Regulation, in accordance with administrative practice.

2. Procedures for review (Art.19 (1))

The judgment review procedure provided for by Article 19(1) of the Regulation follows the rules set out in the New Code of Civil Procedure (Nouveau Code de procédure civile) for ordinary and extraordinary redress in civil and commercial matters.

3. Accepted languages (Article 20(2)(c))

Luxembourg accepts German and French as the languages for the procedures provided for by Regulation (EC) No 805/2004.

4. Authorities designated for the purpose of certifying authentic instruments (Art. 25)

Luxembourg declares that the authorities referred to in Article 25 of Regulation (EC) No 805/2004 are the notaries designated by grand-ducal decree to practise as notaries in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

In accordance with Article 25(1), the notaries who drew up the authentic instrument concerning a claim are empowered to certify it as a European Enforcement Order, using the standard form in Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 805/2004.
