Article 10 - Information on competent courts or authorities

The authorities competent to enforce agreements resulting from mediation are those which would have subject-matter jurisdiction to hear the dispute.

Where mediation is provided by a notary acting as mediator, the resulting agreement may take the form of a notarial deed. This notarial deed, bearing an enforcement order, constitutes an enforceable title on the same terms as a court judgment.
