La resolución de la venta de bienes de consumo

This work analyses the two cases of resolution of the sale of consumer goods specified in the regulation of the TRLGDCU. In the case where the good is not delivered to the consumer, the resolution is studied in relation to the lack of conformity of the good with the contract, based on the regulation, analysis, and practical application of the resolution for default of art. 1124 of the Civil Code.
