Luxembourg provides some services in the field of justice online. The website Guichet.lu contains detailed information on services (including online services, in the “Forms/Online services” section of the relevant information pages) offered by Luxembourg public bodies, in French, German and English.
Luxembourg also offers a wide range of online services for companies, through the RCS electronic deposit system. Users have to log in through a Lux Trust product (e.g. token, card, signing stick), through their Luxembourg electronic identity card (eID), through the GouvID app (only if the user also possesses a Luxembourg eID card on which the electronics certificates are activated), or through and eIDAS authentication system.

Purpose and scope: The Luxembourg Business Registers (LBR) is an economic interest grouping, which brings together the Luxembourg State, the Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of Trades, whose mission is to manage and develop the various registers that may be entrusted to it by legal or regulatory provisions, under the supervision of the Minister of Justice. Since 2003, LBR has been managing the Trade and Companies Register (RCS), where users can access information on companies, and since 2016, LBR is also managing the official gazette, for the publication of legal documentation of companies (RESA). Finally, since 2019, LBR has been managing the Register of Economic Beneficiaries (RBE). Users can also do requisition deposits online, including requests to registration of a new company.
