Article 67 (b)

For the purposes of Article 57(2), the languages accepted are Greek and English.

Article 67 (c)

For the certificate concerning right of access and the child’s return (Article 45(2)), the languages accepted are Greek and English.

Articles 21 and 29

Applications under Articles 21 and 29 are to be submitted to the following courts:

Article 33

Appeals under Article 33 are to be lodged with the Family Court of Appeal (Δευτεροβάθμιο Οικογενειακό Δικαστήριο).

Article 34

In Cyprus, for the purposes of Article 34, there is no means of contest by which a judgment given on appeal can be contested before a court of third instance.
