The author discusses the decision of the ECJ of 25 July 2017 (C-632/16), which dealt with the question of whether the test conditions must also be indicated on the label or the packaging when evaluations of a product are indicated on the label. The ECJ rejected this requirement because, in its opinion, labels cannot be misleading.
