The article deals with selected decisions of the ECJ with a focus on private international law. The European conflict of laws rules are dealt with in particularity. The decision ECJ C-191/15, Association for consumer information v Amazon EU Sàrl is discussed, among a large number of other ECJ rulings. The subject of injunctions is analysed, and the effect of the judgment critically assessed.
