Das neue europäische Gewährleistungsrecht - Zu den Richtlinien (EU) 2019/771 über den Warenkauf sowie (EU) 2019/770 über digitale Inhalte und digitale Dienstleistungen

On the occasion of the introduction of Directives (EU) 2019/770 on certain contractual aspects of the provision of digital content and services and (EU) 2019/771 on certain contractual aspects of the sale of goods and the related amendments to Austrian warranty law, a conference was organised by the Federal Ministry of Constitutional Affairs, Reform, Deregulation and Justice and the Institute of Civil Law at the University of Vienna on 12 June 2019. In the course of this conference, the changes to the Austrian law resulting from these directives were analysed in detail by means of lectures and discussions and summarised in this anthology.
