OECD adopts a Recommendation on access to justice and people-centred justice systems
On 12 July 2023, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) adopted a Recommendation on access to justice and people-centred justice systems. The Recommendation recognises the importance of access to justice and embodies a number of policy principles aimed at facilitating access to justice and fostering the design and development of people-centric justice systems. All EU Member States, which are members of the OECD, are adherents to the Recommendation.
