*** New Practice Guide for the application of the Brussels IIb Regulation is live
The e-Justice Portal now provides the Practice Guide for the application of the Brussels IIb Regulation (
Council Regulation (EU) 2019/1111). The Regulation applies to matters related to divorce and legal separation, parental responsibility (including custody and access) and child abduction in cross borders cases. The guide is available in English, translations into other Union languages will follow soon.
