    The author aptly analyses the evolution of the ECJ’s case law relating to the remedy of repair and especially focuses on the conditions to which this remedy for the consumer is subject. Furthermore, the author gives an insight into the precise impact of the ECJ’s judgement in case C-52/18 on the application of the remedy of repair in Belgium.
