Consumer Sales and Guarantees Directive, Article 1

On 12 November 2021, the Croatian Parliament passed the Act amending the Obligations Act. These amendments have been made to transpose the rules from Directive (EU) 2019/771, a piece of legislation that sought to remove obstacles to cross-border trade. The transposition of the content of the Directive into the Obligations Act also changes the general rules that apply to all sales contracts.
