The subject of this Master paper is “Problematic aspects of debt collection for the forced removal and storage of a vehicle”. Purpose of work – to analyse disputes over debt collection, for the forced removal and storage of transported vehicles, and to identify the main problematic aspects. The main focus is on: the costs of the forced removal and storage of the vehicle, subjects, the specificities of the contract for the provision of forced removal and storage services, cost-cutting aspects, and the issue of vehicle owner identification. The cost of forced removal and storage of a vehicle is often disputed, leading to an increase in litigation in court. It has been noted that, under the current legislation, the legislature does not specify the period within which the owner / operator of a vehicle should be informed about the paid storage of a vehicle. The study observed that the recovery of debts for the forced removal and storage of a vehicle requires more detailed legal regulation that would adequately address the problematic issues that arise.
