This book, part of the course literature in some Swedish universities, presents the fundamental rules and principles of Swedish civil law. It examines shortly the unfairness of consumer contracts and the consequences of such unfairness. It also touches upon the duties of traders to provide specific pre-contractual information to consumers as well as to not act in an unfair manner before, while or after a contract takes place.
