Public consultation on the European Enforcement Order launched
The European Commission launched a public consultation on Regulation (EC) 805/2004 creating a European Enforcement Order for uncontested claims (“the EEO Regulation”). The consultation is carried out in the framework of the ongoing evaluation of the regulation. You can share your opinion on the EEO Regulation as well as your practical experience with this instrument by filling in the questionnaire available 
here in all official languages except Danish.
